Spring Summer 2010 Trend, Fashion, and Style Guide

Well the collection for the summer is very easy to pull of. You can pull it of in many ways,and colors. When I was taking a look at the Dsquared collection they was giving me more of a 80s 90s summer camp. It’s happy with the colors, yet masculine, and creative. It fits the current adventurous spirit many men are channeling this year.90s Summer Camp is all about embracing that enthusiasm and glee you had back at summer camp. Basically what im saying is that you can jsut slip on some hot cargos or some cut jeans,Nice graphic t-shirt,boots and some (mid top socks).Boy scouts shirts,camping bags,and you always have to have your glasses and sew-on patches.

When it comes down to putting color on color 2010 summer is when it all happens. If you wouldnt like all of one color on its good to add a little white or a color that blends in great with the color you have on.! The look is mostly preppy and kinda elegant.

Trying the look: Adding the same color on top of the same color. You can go sockless with your low-top sneakers,can add a little cardigan in. Polo shirts can come in handy when you tryna pull of this type of style.

If you’ve read some of my previous post, you probably already know about my not-so-secret denim addiction. I l o v e the fabric, and always wear it year-round!

course, come spring and summer, I tend to ditch my skinny jeans in favor of cooler, girlier styles like the ones featured below. The following four pieces are my spring and summer denim staples.



1.Boyfriend Jeans

Boyfriend jeans can be hard to pull off, as they can sometimes make you look sloppy or larger on the bottom, but if you pick the right pair they’ll hang off your hips in that effortless California-chic way. As always, it’s important watch your proportions when creating an outfit around a pair of these jeans: pair baggy bottoms with a more fitted top for the most flattering look. Want a more easy-going vibe? Try the jeans with an oversized v-neck.


2. Cuffed Shorts

As far as I’m concerned, cuffed shorts are a MUST for summer. They’re figure-flattering, and a bit more dressy than regular, or un-hemmed varieties. Cuffed shorts also tend to give a bit of extra room in the thighs, which is especially helpful if you have an athletic or fuller figure.



3. Denim Jacket

A good denim jacket is a girl’s best friend. It’s a stylish way to top off a spring or summer outfit for added warmth and fashion points. I love the look of a light-wash jean jacket over a printed maxi dress at night for summer concerts!
